Project Definition:

HCT was retained to convert and consolidate the following business processes and associated systems of three independent health insurance organizations onto a uniform platform:

  • Finance (direct pay process, premium reporting)
  • Membership (ID Card process, conversion and cancellation notices)

  • Identify and eliminate duplicate systems across existing platforms
  • Develop new business processes and procedures
  • Design consolidated system processes
